Market mechanism and practical pattern of industrial cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan zone
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
京津冀产业对接协作不仅要有政府的积极引导,也要有市场力量的有效发挥.加快建立利益分享、开放协作、产业集聚、要素流动等市场化机制,有利于调动政府、企业、从业者等相关利益主体的积极性.同时,利用平台型园区运营企业的综合优势,探索市场化的实践模式,以实现京津冀产业对接、转移与升级.
Abstract：
Besides the governmental guidance, market is very important for industrial cooperation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan zone. The writer argues for a mechanism to share benefits, open cooperation, industrial agglomeration, and necessary elements for enhancing the enthusiasm of local governments, firms and employees. Meanwhile, the market-oriented patterns may be the desired orientations.
