高热稳定性锐钛型纳米TiO2的合成及光催化性能--[在线阅读]

摘要
采用沸腾回流强迫水解法,以TiCl4为原料,NaH2PO4为添加剂,制备了P掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂.利用XRD,XPS对产物进行了表征和光催化测试.实验结果表明,P掺杂能够增强锐钛矿型TiO2的热稳定性,抑制其粒径长大,TiO2的相转变温度随着P掺杂量的增加而提高.

Synthesis and Photocatalytic Property of Nanosized Anantase TiO2 with High Thermal Stability

Abstract:
The P-doped TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by using a simple hydrolysis method of TiCl4 and NaH2PO4 as precursors.The products were characterized by XRD and XPS.The photocatalytic activities of P-doped TiO2 were tested.It was found that P doping could increase the thermal stability of anatase TiO2 and also suppress the growth of TiO2 particle size.The phase transition temperature increases as the increasing doping concentration of phosphor gradually.
