摘要
国有企业改制过程中的职工身份置换是一个涉及企业员工劳动关系调整、敏感性极强的重要问题,也是我国国有企业改革遇到的一个特殊问题。河北省国有企业改制也不例外,职工身份置换问题已成为制约国企改制进程的关键因素,不容忽视或回避。

Abstract:
Abstrcat Since the change of identities in the state-owned enterprises concerns with the adjustment of the staff relations in the course of reforms, the sensitivity is an extremely tense issue. Moreover, it is also a very special problem faced by many Chinese state-owned businesses. Hebei is no exception in this aspect. So the paper concludes that the change of identities of staffs in the state-owned businesses in Hebei Province has become an inevitable hot issue that solutions are to be found.
