摘要
雇工劳动关系在中国当今社会的"复现",决不是"丛林法则"作用的结果,而是中国社会改革必然选择的制度安排。在传统的社会主义观念看来,雇工剥削关系一定是对抗关系。邓小平从历史唯物主义的观点出发,认为雇工劳动关系不一定都是对抗关系,社会主义凭借自身的制度优势,完全可以对雇工劳动关系作有利化处理,并为此设计了规范性和防范性两道"平衡装置"。正是这两道"平衡装置"的建立和完善,才使雇工劳动关系在非对抗和非主体的状态下,朝着有利于发展社会主义生产力和共同富裕的方向发展。

The employer-employee relationship in the Socialism and Deng Xiaoping's balancing strategies

Abstract:
The employer-employee relationship in China is rather complicated, not due to the jungle's law , but as a result of the progressive social reforms.It is t rue that such a relationship is opposite by t raditionalview point, but Deng Xiaoping's concept of historical materialism claims that employer and employee might enjoy a harmonious relationship in the contex t of socialism and that the socialism, which provides with the prescriptive and preventive mechanisms as balancing strategies, may help avoid the obsolete relationship of opposition.The w ri ter of this paper also argues that it is those strategies that help both employer and employee to develop tow ards prosperity.
