摘要
人力资本是高等院校发展的基础,是高等院校核心竞争力所在。市场经济的发展促使人才资源的流动性增大,各个高等院校都通过各种方式吸引和招揽人才,就给高等院校进行人力资本投资带来风险,降低了高等院校进行人力资本投资的积极性,对高等院校的长期发展十分不利。分析高等院校人力资本投资的特点,采取措施防范高等院校人力资本投资风险,对于提高高等院校进行人力资本投资的积极性,提高高等院校核心竞争力具有十分重要的作用

On the prevention of the investing risks on human resources in universities

Abstract:
As is known human resources serve as the basis of university growth and competing strengths. And at the mean time, market economy helps human resources exchange considerably, with dif2 ferent universities drafting personnel by taking different measures. Hence, this also brings us with the im2 puting risks of investment on their human resources, which is not in favor of the long2term development. So, the writer of the paper thinks it necessary to study the preventive measures to reduce the investing risks on the human resources in universities.
