摘要
采用新工艺合成了紫外线吸收剂苯基-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苄基)丙二酸二(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基- 4-哌啶)酯(PMPP).苯基丙二酸二乙酯和N甲基-2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇在甲苯中微纳米碳酸钾催化下反应,得到苯基丙二酸二(1,2,2,6,6五甲基哌啶醇)酯,再在乙醇中与4-羟基- 3,5-二叔丁基苄基氯反应,得到产品PMPP,总收率为80%.通过1HNMR和13CNMR表征了化合物的结构.

New Method for the Synthesis of UV Absorber PMPP

Abstract:
New method for the synthesis of UV absorber PMPP was developed.Bis-(1, 2, 2, 6, 6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinyl)ester phenylmalonic acid was synthesized from diethyl phenylmalonate and N-methyl-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol catalyzed by micronano-K2CO3 in toluene, and then it reacted with 4-hydroxy-3, 5-di-t-butylbenzyl chloride in ethanol to give PMPP.The influence factors were investigated.The optimized overall yield was 80%.The target product was characterized by means of 1HNMR and 13CNMR.
