摘要
我国物业服务行业由于起步较晚,有些关系尚未理顺,目前正处于纠纷多发期,尤其住宅物业服务纠纷已经严重影响到许多人的日常生活,也给社会增添了不稳定因素。解决我国住宅物业服务纠纷应从如下方面着手:1.严把竣工验收关,从根本上减少纠纷隐患;2.明确住宅物业服务标准并定期对服务质量进行社会评价;3.依法及时成立规范业主自治组织,提高业主自治水平;4.健全物业服务法律法规等。

Approaches to disputes of the housing management in China——A case study of Shijiazhuang

Abstract:
The housing management is an immature service industry that frequently results in disputes and severely affects the daily life of residents and social stability.The paper proposes following approaches: 1.strict testing of the quality of buildings upon completion;2.clarification of the service standards and regular social assessments;3.organization of the legal and standardized management for the sake of self management;4.improvement of the regulations and laws in the housing service industry.
