摘要
根据平衡积计分卡的原理,可构建起商业银行绩效评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法为各层次指标赋予不同权重。利用层次分析法赋权能有效反映评价人的学识水平和专业技能,充分发挥评价人的主观能动性,从而能有效地反映出商业银行的基本情况,抓住主要因素,以保证评价工作的全面性和可信度。该方法为商业银行绩效评估提供了一个新的思路。

On the performance evaluation of the commercial banks

Abstract:
The balanced scoring card is a series of financial and non-financial evaluation systems,in terms of financing,clients,internal process,learning and growth.It combines performance measurement and performance management.The display system reflects the scorecarding principle,and weights are decided by analytical hierarchy process to review the levels of learning,professional skills,and initiatives of the subjects.Then the major factors are singled out,and credibility of the evaluation ensured.The evaluation method provides with a new concept of performance evaluation of commercial banks.
