摘要
根据学校教育要树立“健康第一”的指导思想以及有氧运动对人类健康的作用,设计了一种高等学校健美操课的新的教学方式,经实验证明,这种教学方式可有效地提高学生的心肺功能、力量、柔韧、协调、速度等素质,并能更有效地掌握技术技能.

Abstract:
The current situation of higher education has made it imperative to establish aguiding principle that"Health is Number One"and raise people's awareness of the effect of aerobics on people's health.So efforts have been made to design a new method to teach aerobics in universities.Some relative experiments have shown that the method can effectively enhance students'qualities in terms of the functions of hearts and lungs,physical strength and flexibility,speed and harmony in body's movement.Besides,the method can also help students master skills and techniques.
