摘要
在配合饲料中添加不同比例(0,0.1%,0.2%,0.4%,0.8%,1.6%)的芽孢杆菌粉剂,通过养殖生长实验和生化分析研究了芽孢杆菌不同添加量对西伯利亚鲟幼鱼摄食生长及对营养物质消化率的影响.结果表明:添加芽孢杆菌对幼鱼的日摄食率没有显著影响,但添加0.2%的饲料组的相对增重率(F 5,12.=8.003 4, P=0.003 7)和特定增长率(F 5,12.=6.441 8, P=0.007 9)均达到最大值,且与其他组相比均达到显著差异;该组的饵料系数也最低,与其他组相比差异显著(F 5,12.=5.69, P=0.006 4);同时该组幼鱼对饲料营养物质消化率达到最大值.说明饲料中添加芽孢杆菌对西伯利亚鲟有一定的促生长作用,并可提高饲料的利用率及营养物质的消化率.

Effects of Bacillus spp. on the Growth Performance and Digestibility of Juvenile Acipenser baeri.

Abstract:
Six experimental diets were formulated in different Bacillus spp. levels (0,0.1%,0.2%,0.4%, 0.8%,1.6%). The growth experiment and the biochemistry analysis were conducted to investigate the effects of Bacillus spp. on growth performance and digestibility of juvenile Acipenser baeri.. The results showed that there was no significant differences on the intake ratio, but the relative growth rate (F 5,12. = 8. 003 4, P = 0. 003 7) and specific growth rate of experimental feed which the accession ratio was 0.2% were significantly different (F 5,12. = 5.69, P = 0. 0064) from the other experimental feeds and attained the maximum,also the feeding coefficient of this feed was significantly different from the others (F 5,12. = 6.4418, P = 0.0079) and attained the minmum, the digestibility also attained the maximum. Appending the B acill us spp. into the fundamental feeds could proceed the growth rate in certain extent and improve the efficiency of feeds and digestibility.
