摘要
研究改进了白尼愈伤组织培养细胞的电镜制样技术,并利用透射电镜及扫描电镜进行了超微结构观察,发现愈伤组织细胞内有丰富的细胞器,细胞壁较薄,愈伤组织细胞可出现多种形态,反映了其生理功能的复杂性。

Abstract:
We improved the sample preparation of culture cell of Angelica Dehuricacallus, and had observed it's ultrstructure by TEM and SEM. The result shown thatthere were rich cell orgen in the cell of callus,the cell wall was thinner,and the shape ofcell may be various. These reflected the founctional complex of the culture cell of thecallus
