摘要
研究了光对小麦离体叶片乙烯形成的影响.结果表明,以NaHCO3形式供给叶片光促进乙烯产生.反之,不供给CO2,光对乙烯形成起抑制作用.供给外源ACC后,光明显抑制乙烯形成.敌草隆(DCMU)对光促进乙烯形成有明显抑制效应,而自由基清除剂苯甲酸钠作用不明显.无论光促进或抑制乙烯形成,均可延缓叶片衰老.综上所述认为:光对离体叶片乙烯形成有促进和抑制双重效果,其抑制乙烯形成部位是在ACC向乙烯的转化反应,光促进乙烯形成则与光合作用有关.光促进乙烯形成的同时又能延缓叶片衰老,原因可能在于光降低细胞对乙烯的敏感性

Effect of Light on the Ethylene Production of Detached Wheat Leaves

Abstract:
The influence of light on ethylene production and senescence of wheat leaves were studied:Adding NaHCO3 to the culture solution to supply CO2,light stimulates ethylene production. On the other hand, without supply of NaHCO3 light inhibites it . Even if leaves were incubated with exogenous ACC the inhibiting effect of light remains. DCMU clearly prevents the stimulating effect of light, but sodium benzoate, a free radical scarvenger, has no effect. Regardless of stimulating or inhibiting ethylene production, light clearly prevents the leaf chlorophyll breakdown. It is concluded that a double effects of light on ethylene production of detached leaves exits. The site of inhibition in ethylene biosynthesis pathway is at the conversion of ACC to ethylene, and the stimulation action of light is related to photosynthesis.
