考虑有效质量随空间位置的变化(SDEM效应),计算了垂直磁场作用下量子阱中电子的第一子带,与不考虑SDEM效应的结果做了比较,并对其物理意义进行了分析

Abstract:
The effect of a spatially dependent effective mass in a finite GaAs/AlGaAs parabolic well with a magnetic field on electron energies have been calculated, respectively as a function of well width and magnetic field. We compared our results with that of without the effect of a spatially dependent effective mass. The physical meaning is discussed in detail.
