用柠檬酸法改性锰矿及其对重金属离子的吸附性能--[在线阅读]

摘要
以Cu2+为模拟污染物,研究了柠檬酸法改性锰矿制备重金属离子吸附剂的实验条件及其吸附性能.结果表明:m(柠檬酸)∶m(TR)为1∶20时,H2SO4浓度为0~3 mol/L,随H2SO4浓度的增大吸附率-pH曲线向左移动,pH50由5.2降低到2.6;H2SO4浓度为3 mol/L,m(柠檬酸)∶m(TR)分别为0,1∶100,1∶50,1∶20时,pH50分别为3.8,3.0,2.5,2.6;pH=5.5条件下,m(柠檬酸)∶m(TR)=1∶50的柠檬酸改性锰矿对Cu2+的饱和吸附量增大到35.97 mg/g.

Study on Modification of Manganese Ore Using a Citric Acid Method and Its Adsorption for Heavy Metal Ion

Abstract:
Cu2+ was selected as simulative pollutant,experimental conditions and the adsorption properties were studied,of which the metal ion adsorbents were prepared by the modification of manganese ore using a citric acid method.The results show that the adsorption rate-pH curves of the modified manganese ores move to the lower pH and the pH50 decreases from 5.2 to 2.6 followed the increasing sulfric acid concentration(0 to 3 mol/L) at the mass ratio of citric acid to natural manganese ore(TR) is 1∶20.The pH50 is 3.8,3.0,2.5,2.6 respectively in the mass ratio of citric acid to TR is 0,1∶100,1∶50,1∶20 at the concentration of sulfuric acid is 3 mol/L.The saturation adsorption increases to 35.97 mg/g under the conditions that the pH5.5,the mass ratio of citric acid to TR is 1∶50.
