循环伏安法电沉积MnO2到TiO2纳米薄膜电极--[在线阅读]

摘要
利用循环伏安方法,从5.0mmol/L的硫酸锰溶液中在覆有纳米TiO2膜的导电玻璃上电沉积出MnO2.电化学分析显示,纳米TiO2薄膜上电沉积出的MnO2粒径均匀,该复合膜有较好的循环性能,且其质量比电容值(144.6F/g)明显高于电沉积有MnO2的导电玻璃.

Electrodeposition of MnO2 on Nano-TiO2 Film Electrode by Cyclic Voltammetry

Abstract:
The manganese dioxide was elect rodeposited on the nano-TiO2 film elect rode from the solution of MnSO4 by using cyclic voltammetry technique.Results obtained from SEM,EDS and IR strongly demonst rated that MnO2 was immobilized on the nano-TiO2 film elect rode uniformly.The results indicated that MnO2/TiO2 film elect rode had satisfactory cyclic ability and its specific mass capacity amounts to 144.6F/g,which was higher than the value obtained on the pure MnO2-ITO modified electrode.
