摘要
研究了1-(4-安替比林)-3-(2-乙酰巯基苯基)-三氮烯(APSABT)的合成方法及其与汞(Ⅱ)的显色反应。建立了一种高灵敏度、高选择性的汞的分光光度法,该方法可直接用于地表水和废水中微量汞的测定,其加入回收率为96.4%~103.8%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~2.9%,所得结果与冷原子吸收法一致。

Synthesis of a Chromogenic Reagent APSABT and Its Application to Spectrophotometric Determination of Trace Mercury(Ⅱ)

Abstract:
A new chromogenic reagent 1-(4-antipyrinyl)-3-(2-acetylmercaptophenyl)-triazene (APSABT) was synthesized.A color reaction for mercury (Ⅱ) with APSABT was studied.A sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method for the determination of mercury (Ⅱ) using APSABT reagent was established.The content of mercury (Ⅱ) in natural waters and waste waters was determined directly by this method with relative standard deviation of 1.9%~2.9%.The added recovery was 96.4%~103.8%.The determination results were the same as those by atomic absoption spectrometry.
