ROC曲线法建立普通大学生核心稳定性参考标准--[在线阅读]

摘要
采用Beiring-Sorensen测试、左右侧桥测试以及俯卧位前臂支撑的平板测试评价大学生的核心稳定性,依据《国家学生体质健康标准》进行身体素质测试,并运用Person相关法、ROC曲线法进行统计分析.结果显示:大学生核心稳定性与BMI,50m跑和中长跑的成绩呈低度负相关,与立定跳远、引体向上的成绩呈低度正相关.健康体质下核心稳定性参考标准为躯干肌群耐力总时间>452s,躯干屈肌耐力时间>70s,伸肌耐力时间>127s,左侧屈肌耐力时间>62s,右侧屈肌耐力时间>76s.结果表明普通大学生躯干肌群耐力时间越长其健康收益越大,鉴于躯干伸肌耐力为其核心稳定性的薄弱环节,有待于通过多种运动方案加以提高.

Establishing the Reference Standard of Core Stability for College Students by Using ROC Curve Method

Abstract:
Using Beiring-Sorensen testing,left and right side bridge,and prone plate test supported on the forearm to evaluate the core stability of college students,conducted the quality test according to the national student physical health standard;then using the Person correlation method to analysis the relationship between the trunk muscle endurance and physical quality performance,established the reference standard of core stability for college students.Results showes that:the core stability of college students was negatively correlated with BMI,50-meter running and middle-distance running,and positively correlated with standing long jump and pull-up.ROC curve could be used to establish the endurance time of trunk flexor,extensor,left lateral flexor,right lateral flexor and total trunk muscles as >70s,>127s,>62s,>76s and>452s,respectively.The longer the endurance time of trunk muscle groups was,the greater the health benefit was.Considering that the trunk extensor endurance was the weak link of core stability college students,it needs to be improved through various exercise programs to change body shape and increase cardiopulmonary endurance.
