摘要
随着移动手机用户的快速增长,用户更加注重提供在线服务的应用和体验,旅游APP开始成为各旅游供应商满足用户需求的重要业务平台.以携程旅行、马蜂窝旅游、去哪儿旅行、驴妈妈旅游、艺龙旅行为代表的综合类旅游APP为研究对象,运用专家赋值法及层次分析法,建立基于用户体验的综合类旅游APP功能评价模型,并邀请具有一定体验经历的用户对相应APP的功能进行打分.结果表明:建立的综合类旅游APP功能评价模型具备一定科学性,与实验打分结果具有一致性;从指标权重来看,用户更多关注APP的技术层面,而对消费的产品等内容关注度较低;综合类旅游APP在未来开发上应注重用户产品体验的引导,以巩固市场地位,扩大市场占有量.

Function Evaluation of Comprehensive Tourism APP Based on User Experience

Abstract:
With the rapid growth of mobile phone users,most users pay more attention to applications and experience of online service.Tourism APPs have become an important business platform for travel suppliers to meet their users' demands.This paper chooses Ctrip,Mafengwo, Qunar, Lvmama and eLong as examples of comprehensive tourism APPs,and uses expert assignment and analytic hierarchy process methods,to build a functional evaluation model of comprehensive tourism APP based on user experience, and experienced users are invited to score these functions of APPs according to the model.Results show that the functional evaluation model of comprehensive tourism APPs is scientific and is consistent with the experimental results.In terms of index weights,users pay more attention to the technical aspects of APP,while less attention is paid to tourism products.In the future,the development of comprehensive tourism APPs should pay more attention to user product experience to hold the market position and expand market share.
