网箱养殖清理前潘大水库浮游植物群落结构--[在线阅读]

摘要
潘家口水库为引滦入津的主体工程,潘家口-大黑汀水库(简称"潘大水库")养殖渔业养殖规模不断扩大,污染物日益累积,远超水体自净能力,水体呈现富营养化.潘大水库网箱养殖清理前(2016年3月),对其浮游植物种类组成、密度和群落结构分布特征开展系统性调查研究.各调查点位浮游植物密度为1.10×107~6.00×107个/L.7个采样点中共鉴定出浮游植物6门15种,优势种为梅尼小环藻Cyclotella meneghiniana、变异直链藻Melosira varians、肾形衣藻Chlamydomonas nephriodea、湖生小桩藻Characium limneticum、卵形隐藻Cryptomons ovata、多甲藻Peridinium perardiforme.Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H')为0.93~2.29,Pielou均匀度指数(J')为0.27~0.72,Margalef丰富度指数(d)为1.05~2.30.浮游植物细胞密度与环境因子间相关性分析表明,影响浮游植物数量分布的主要环境因子为水温、硝酸盐氮、总氮和高锰酸盐指数,上述研究结果为潘大水库网箱清理后的水生态状况影响评估、水生态环境保护、水生态治理提供基础资料.

Community Structure of Phytoplanktons in Panjiakou-Daheiting Reservoir Before Cleaning up Fish Cage Culture

Abstract:
The Panjiakou reservoir is the main project to bring the Luan river into Tianjin.The scale of aquaculture and fisheries in Panjiakou-Daheiting reservoir continuously expanded,and the accumulation of pollutants had far exceeded the self-purification capacity of the water body,resulting in eutrophication.An investigation was conducted on composition,density and community structure of phytoplankton in Panjiakou-Daheiting reservoir in March 2016,before fish cage culture was cleaned up.The phytoplankton's density of samples from different sampling sites were between 1.10×107 and 6.00×107 ind./L.A total of 15 phytoplankton species were identified in samples from 7 sampling sites,belonging to 6 phyla.Main species are completely from Bacillariophyta Chlorophyta,including Cyclotella meneghiniana,Melosira varians,Chlamydomonas nephriodea,Characium limneticum,Cryptomons ovate,and Peridinium perardiforme.Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H') ranged from 0.93 to 2.29,Pielou's index (J') from 0.27 to 0.72, and Margalef's index (d) from 1.05 to 2.30.The correlation analysis showed that the main environmental factors affecting the community structure of phytoplanktons were water temperature (WT),nitrate nitrogen (NO3-N),total nitrogen (TN),and dissolved permanganate (KMnO4).These results provide basic data for impact assessment of water ecological status,water ecological environment protection and water ecological governance in Panjiakou-Daheiting reservoir after cleaning up fish cage culture.
