摘要
教育扶贫不是单向输出的过程,是为了自我和自我所处的命运共同体的系统性的认知和行动。石家庄外国语教育集团创造了“大家好才是真好”学校共同体教育扶贫新模式,这种模式将山区学校的发展目标与自身发展目标融为一体,将学校发展融入区域教育均衡发展以及国家脱贫攻坚的历史进程之中,以提升被帮扶学校校长、教师、学生的主体能力和内生动力为切入点,是一种城市优质学校与山区学校“共建共享共赢”的发展新机制。

“It's Really Good when Everybody is Good” School Community—A Practical Mode of Education for Poverty Alleviation

Abstract:
Poverty alleviation through education is not a one-way export process, but a systematic cognition and action for the self and the community of destiny in which the self lives. Shijiazhuang Foreign Language Education Group has created a new model of poverty alleviation through education, named “It's Really Good when Everybody is Good” School Community. They integrate the development goals of the mountainous schools with their own, and integrate school development into the historical process of the balanced development of regional education and national poverty alleviation. Starting from improving the competence of the principals, teachers and students of the recipient schools, they developed a new mechanism for a joint construction of urban quality schools and mountainous schools.
