普通高等教育与职业教育融合发展基础探论--[在线阅读]

摘要
普通高等教育与职业教育融合发展具有历史渊源,也是当前世界普通高等教育和职业教育改革的重要趋势。要有效地理解这一变革趋势,需要突破传统观念,理清技能教育、工作场所学习和产教融合等核心概念。职业教育是以技能为主的教育,但技能教育不等同于职业教育,从事所有工作都需要技能,技能教育具有普适性,依附于各类教育而存在;工作场所学习是技能教育实现的形式,技能教育和工作场所学习是普通高等教育和职业教育共同的基础;产教融合是二者融合发展的制度保障,校企合作是二者融合的重要载体。

On the Basis of the Integration of General Higher Education and Vocational Education

Abstract:
The integration of general higher education and vocational education, with a historical origin, has become the trend for the reform of higher education and vocational education in the world. To understand this trend effectively, we need to break through traditional concepts and clarify such core concepts as skill education, workplace learning and industry-education integration. Vocational education is based on skills, but skill education is not equal to vocational education. All jobs require skills, and skill education is universal and depends on various kinds of education. Workplace learning is the form of skill education. Skill education and workplace learning are the common foundation of general higher education and vocational education.Industry-education integration is the institutional guarantee for the integrated development of the two types of education,and school- enterprise cooperation is an important carrier for their integration.
