藏羌聚居区初中生健康信念与体质健康等级的关系--[在线阅读]

摘要
对阿坝藏族羌族自治州5个地级县在校的藏羌少数民族初中生进行健康信念与体质健康等级的调查,运用描述性统计、LSD多重比较分析体质健康信念与体质健康等级的关系.结果表明:城镇初中生的健康信念水平高于乡村初中生,男生健康信念水平优于女生,体质健康等级为优秀的学生健康信念水平最高,依次是良好、及格(P<0.01);以特征值大于1为标准筛选出4个公因子,公因子贡献率达55.445%,公因子分别为“自我效能”、“自我表象”、“自我认同”、“效益认知”,其贡献率分别为34.447%,9.447%,6.217%,5.333%;自我效能、自我表象方面存在明显的性别差异,自我表象、效益认知在城乡差异存在显著性差异,不同体质健康等级在“自我效能”、“自我表象”方面存有差异,其差异主要存在于优秀与良好、及格、不及格之间,表现为良好大于优秀,其次是及格大于不及格.

Relationship Between Health Beliefs and Physical Health Ranks of Junior High School Students in Tibetan and Qiang Areas

Abstract:
This paper investigated the health belief and physical health grade of the Tibetan and Qiang minority Junior high school students in 5 Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,as well as analyzed the relationship between physical health belief and physical health grade by using descriptive statistics and LSD multiple comparison.The results show that the health belief level of junior high school students in central urban areas is higher than that of middle school students in suburban towns,and the level of health belief of boys is better than that of girls,and the health level of physical health is also the highest,followed by good,passing again and failure(P<0.01);the four public factors were screened with eigenvalues greater than 1,the contribution rate of public factors was 55.445%,and the public factors were “self-efficacy”,“self-representation”,“self-identification” and “benefit cognition”,and their contribution rate ware 34.447%,9.447%,6.217%,5.333% respeltively;there are obvious gender differences in self-efficacy and self-representation,there are significant differences between self-representation and benefit cognition in urban and rural areas,and there are also differences in “self-efficacy” and “self-representation” between different physical health grades.The differences between them are mainly between excellent and good,passing and failing.The order is good,passing and failiny.
