论创新德治与法治教育视角下中小学治理能力的提升--[在线阅读]

摘要
当前中小学德治与法治教育存在弱化现象,校园欺凌事件时有发生,学生暴力倾向时而显现,因此,提升中小学治理能力显得尤为重要。主要举措有:一是要坚持立德树人,抓实中华文化根系教育;二是要坚持德治与法治教育协同育人,提升学生的综合素养。具体路径包括:进行依法治校的顶层设计,依法依规办学,营造普法守法的校园氛围,创设良好的学校外部发展环境。

On Improvement of Governance Ability for Primary and Secondary Schools: A Perspective of Innovative Moral and Legal Education

Abstract:
At present,there is a weakening of moral and legal education in primary and secondary schools.School bullying incidents occur from time to time,and students sometimes show a propensity for violence.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the governance ability of primary and secondary schools.First,we should foster character and civic virtue by strengthening traditional Chinese culture education.Second,we should improve students' comprehensive quality by working along both lines of moral and legal education at the same time.Approaches include:top-level design of school governance according to law,running schools according to law,enhancing legal awareness and creating a law-abiding atmosphere on campus,and creating a good external environment for school development.
