摘要
全球范围内不同程度的公立中小学教师短缺,尤其是高质量教师短缺持续困扰着各国基础教育的发展。教师供给研究作为教育经济学的一个重要研究领域,为教师需求供给相关议题、缓解教师短缺政策等方面提供了重要的研究框架和思路。中小学教师供给在国外已有较为系统的研究,并通过实证分析对教师劳动力市场变动有进一步了解。结合国外政策实践,对我国教师供给问题进行分析、探讨,为我国中小学教师队伍建设提供借鉴和启示。

Progress of Empirical Research on Teacher Supply of Elementary and Middle Schools at Home and Abroad

Abstract:
Around the world,the shortage of public elementary and middle school teachers is a common issue,varies only in degrees,the development of basic education thus suffers.As an important research field in educational economics,the study on teacher supply provides an important framework and perspective for issues related to teacher demand and supply and policies to alleviate teacher shortage.The supply of elementary and middle school teachers has been systematically studied abroad.Based on foreign policies and practices,this paper analyzes and discusses the problem of teacher supply in China,hoping to provide some reference and inspiration for building up the teacher team in elementary and middle schools in China.
