发达国家小学全科教师培养模式的特点及启示--[在线阅读]

摘要
小学全科教师是乡村教师队伍的重要组成部分,是振兴乡村教育不可或缺的师资力量。培养小学全科教师是当下社会的急切需要,借鉴发达国家培养小学全科教师的经验十分必要。发达国家小学全科教师培养模式体现为职业指向的培养目标、突显实践的培养内容、多元统一的培养形式、严格规范的培养制度以及多重有序的培养评价等五大特点。其给予我国小学全科教师培养模式的启示是:全面落实以小学全科教师的胜任特征为指引的培养目标,坚持践行不间断的“5E+G”六环节实践教学体系,大力弘扬“U-G-S”协同培养小学全科教师的育人形式,严格控制小学全科教师教育专业师范生的入口关,尽力完善小学全科教师资格认证制度。

Characteristics of Training Mode for Primary School General Teachers in Developed Countries and their Inspiration for China

Abstract:
General teachers in primary schools are an indispensable force for the revitalization of rural education,the training of which is an urgent need of the current society.It is necessary to learn from the experience of developed countries in training primary school general teachers.This study found five characteristics:professionally oriented training objectives,practice-based training contents,diversified and unified training forms,stringent and standardized training systems,and multiple and well-organized training evaluations.China should follow closely its competence-oriented training objectives,the "5E+G" six-step field work training system,the "U-G-S" collaborative training mode.In addition,strict control should be exercised over the enrollment of the program of general teachers for primary schools in normal school,and efforts should be made on improving the primary school general teacher certification system.
