河北承德云枫岭地区长角血蜱种群动态调查分析--[在线阅读]

摘要
长角血蜱作为河北省优势蜱,掌握其种群动态变化规律,可为京津冀地区控制蜱种群数量和预防蜱传疾病发生提供科学依据.实验采集地区位于河北省承德市云枫岭风景区,采用人工布旗法采集蜱,温湿度记录仪记录采集地点温湿度数据.结果显示:长角血蜱成蜱每年3月开始活动,成蜱数量最高峰出现在6月,8月从植被上消失;若蜱每年3月开始活动,若蜱活动的最高峰出现在5月,随后数量逐渐减少,9月从植被上消失;幼蜱每年最早开始活动时间为5月,8月末9月初达到高峰,11月从植被上消失.

Abstract:
Haemaphysalis longicornis is the dominant tick in Hebei province.Investigation and analysis of the dynamic changes of its population will provide scientific basis for controlling tick population and preventing tick-borne diseases in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The tick collecting area located in Yunfengling scenic area,Chengde city,Hebei province.Ticks were collected by artificial flagging method.The temperature and humidity at tick collection sites were recorded by temperature and humidity recorder.The results indicate that:Adult ticks of H.longicornis appeared and began to quest in March every year.Their highest population appeared in June, and then disappeared from vegetation in August.Nymphs of H.longicornis began to quest in March every year.Their highest population appeared in May.After that, the population gradually decreased until totally disappeared from vegetation in September.Larvae of H.longicornis began to quest in May.Their highest population appeared in late August and early September and disappeared from vegetation in November.
