城市土地利用结构合理度及影响因素分析——以京津冀地区为例--[在线阅读]

摘要
基于改进后的熵权TOPSIS法,对京津冀地区的城市土地利用结构合理度进行评价;运用地理加权回归模型探索驱动因子对京津冀地区城市土地利用结构合理度影响程度的差异.结果表明:1)京津冀地区的城市土地利用结构合理度在空间上具有连续性,呈现出以北京、天津为中心,石家庄为次中心向外递减的趋势.2)同一影响因素对京津冀不同地区的城市土地利用结构合理度影响存在差别,呈现出地域性差异.人口密度对京津冀西南地区影响最大,对京津冀东北地区影响最小;人均第二产业占GRP比重对京津冀东北地区影响最大,对京津冀西南地区影响最小;人均社会消费零售总额对京津冀西部地区的影响大于东部地区;人均科学技术支出对京津冀东部地区的影响大于西部地区;人均地区生产总值的影响呈现出北高南低的特征.3)不同地区城市土地利用结构合理度的影响因素不同,经济发展和科学技术因素是城市土地利用结构合理度的首要影响因素,于不同地区的空间差异性,影响因素对各个不同地区的城市土地利用结构合理度的影响次序和影响程度异质性明显.

Analysis on Rationality and Influencing Factors of Urban Land Use Structure: A Case Study of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Abstract:
Based on improved entropy TOPSIS method, the rationality of urban land use structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is evaluated;Based on geography weighted regression model, the influence of driving factors on the rationality of urban land use structure in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is explored.The results show that:1)The rationality of urban land use structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is continuous in space, and it shows the trend of decrease from Beijing and Tianjin as the center and Shijiazhuang as the sub-center to other cities.2) The influence of the same factors on the rationality of urban land use structure is different in different regions of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, showing regional differences.Population density has the greatest impact on the southwest of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and has the least impact on the northeast.The per capita secondary industry percentage of GDP has the greatest influence on the northeast of Beijing-Tianjin -Hebei region, and has the least impact on the southwest.The per capita social consumption retail sales has greater impact on the western than the eastern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The per capita science and technology expenditure has greater impact on the eastern than the western of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The impact of per capita GDP is characterized by high in north and low in south in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.3)The factors influencing the rationality of urban land use structure are different in different regions.The main driving factors of urban land use structure rationality are economic development and science and technology;Due to geographical differences,the impact order and impact degree to rationality of urban land use structure are different in different regions.
