均匀设计法优化玉竹多糖的水提醇沉提取工艺--[在线阅读]

摘要
采用水提醇沉方法提取玉竹多糖,结合单因素(提取温度、料液质量浓度、提取时间)和均匀设计实验方法对玉竹多糖的提取工艺进行优化.确定了玉竹多糖的最佳提取条件:提取温度55℃,料液质量浓度35mL/g,提取时间0.75h.在最佳提取条件下,玉竹多糖的提取率为4.97%.

Abstract:
To extract the polysaccharide from Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.)druce by using water extraction-alcohol deposit,the extraction process was studied through single-factor (extraction temperature,liquid ratio,extraction time) experiment and uniform design.We defined the extraction technology parameters and basic extracting conditions of P.odoratum extraction:extraction temperature of 55℃,the material mass concentration of 35mL/g,and extraction time of 0.75h.Yield of polysaccharide was up to 4.97% under the optimal extraction process.It can provide some experimental support for the study of the development of polysaccharides.
