摘要
师德违规惩处是师德问责的重要环节。国外师德违规行为类型多,惩处程序规范、严格。新时代我国师德建设整体上呈现出制度导向严厉、违规行为复杂、急需负面清单标尺等问题与特征,健全师德监督机制有必要研究现阶段师德新型问题,尽快建立独立的师德违规惩戒制度,加强师德警示教育。

International Experience and Enlightenment in Punishment of Teachers' Moral Violations

Abstract:
Punishment of teachers' moral violations plays an important role in the accountability of teachers' morality. In foreign countries, there are various types of teachers' moral violations, and standard and strict punishment procedures. Today in China, teachers' morality issues present a series of characteristics, including strict code orientation, complicated violation behaviors, and the urgent need for specific quantification in terms of what constitutes violations. Therefore, it is necessary to set up an independent disciplinary system, improve the supervision mechanism of teachers' morality, and strengthen prevention education for teachers.
