高铁对山西省可达性、经济潜力及城镇空间格局的影响--[在线阅读]

摘要
高速铁路网建设可以产生“时空压缩”效应,为了探究山西高铁网建设对省内各地市可达性及城镇空间格局的影响,借助ArcGIS10.3平台,基于可达性视角选取平均旅行时间、经济潜力、日常可达性方法,综合测度高铁网开通前后对山西省沿线城市可达性、经济潜力的变化及城镇空间格局的影响.结果表明:1)高铁网的构建极大提升了沿线城市的可达性,有利于太原对省内经济集聚效应的增强,形成以太原为中心的南北轴、东西轴、东北西南轴、西北东南轴组成的“大”字形高铁交通轴线;2)高铁网建成后提升了沿线城市的经济潜力,位于网络中心的太原及其附近城市的省内区位优势显著,位于省际边界区的城市对外省联系的区位优越,将成为山西省跨省交流的战略支点;3)高铁网建成后,以太原为中心的省内0.5h核心圈、1h紧密圈、2h交流圈基本形成,以太原为中心的省际3h交流合作圈正在形成,山西省“一核一圈三群”城镇空间格局日益成型.高铁网建设将为山西经济空间格局演变及城镇体系框架构建提供基础支撑条件.

Impact of High-speed Rail on Accessibility, Economy Potential and Urban Spatial Pattern in Shanxi Province

Abstract:
The construction of high-speed railway network can produce the effect of "time-space compression".In order to explore the impact of high-speed rail network construction on accessibility of cities and spatial pattern of cities and towns in Shanxi province,the average travel time,economy potential and daily accessibility methods are selected based on accessibility perspective using ArcGIS10.3 platform to comprehensively measure the impact of high-speed rail network on accessibility,economy potential and urban spatial pattern of cities in Shanxi province.The results show:1) The construction of high-speed railway network greatly enhances the accessibility of cities along railway route,which is conducive to the enhancement of economy agglomeration effect of Taiyuan city,the "large"-shaped high-speed rail transit axis including north-south axis,east-west axis,northeast-southwest axis and northwest-southeast axis is formed.2) High-speed rail network has improved the economy potential of the cities along railway line.The location advantage of Taiyuan and its neighboring cities located in the center of railway network is significant.The location of cities located in inter-provincial border area to contact with exterior provinces is superior,and they will become strategic fulcrum of inter-provincial exchanges in Shanxi province.3) After the completion of high-speed railway network construcion, the 0.5h core circle,1h tight circle and 2h exchange circle in the province centered on Taiyuan are basically formed. The inter-provincial 3h exchange and cooperation circle centered on Taiyuan is being formed, and the urban spatial pattern of "one core,one circle,three groups" in Shanxi province is being increasingly formed.The construction of high-speed rail network will provide the basic support conditions for the evolution of economy spatial pattern and the construction of urban system framework in Shanxi province.
