摘要
探究了Sigmaplot和Origin 2种软件处理实验数据的效果.以多晶样品La0.8-xEuxSr0.2MnO3x=0.025)的实验数据为研究对象,比较后发现,2种软件绘制XRD衍射图谱、磁化强度随温度的变化曲线(M-T)、等温磁化曲线(M-H)和磁熵变随温度的变化曲线(ΔSM-T)的效果高度一致,依照图像对样品的结构、磁性及磁熵变进行的分析结果也完全一致.因此,这2种软件均能很好地完成实验数据的处理,所得结果可以为研究人员在软件选择上提供理论依据.

Abstract:
The results of expermental data processing by sigmaplot and origin software are studied.The experimental data of polycrystalline sample La0.8-xEuxSr0.2MnO3 (x=0.025) was used as an example.Comparing the results of using two kinds of software to process experimental data,it was found that the XRD diffraction pattern,the temperature dependences of magnetization (M-T),isothermal magnetization curve (M-H) and magnetic entropy change curve with temperature (ΔSM-T) was highly consistent,and the analysis results of structure,magnetism and magnetic entropy change were also consistent.As a result,both softwares can perform the processing of experimental data well,and researchers can choose either of them according to their habits.
