摘要
雪菊是药食两用的1a生草本植物.雪菊中含有糖类、黄酮类、挥发油、苯丙素、炔类、色素、微量元素等成分,具有降血压、降血脂、降血糖、抗菌、抗炎等药理作用,在药品、食品、保健品、化妆品等领域得到广泛应用.通过查阅中外文献,研究了雪菊的成分、药理作用及其复合饮品的开发进展.

Abstract:
Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt is an annual herbaceous plant which can be used in pharmaceuticals and foods.With the development of science and technology,it is analyzed that the main contents of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt are composed of sugar,flavonoids,volatile oil,phenylpropane,alkyne,pigments,trace elements and so on.It is widely used in the fields of cosmetics and other fields due to its effects including lowering blood pressure,lowering blood fat,reducing blood sugar,antiseptic,anti-inflammatory and so forth.In order to study the composition,pharmacological effect and the development of compound drinks of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt,a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures have been consulted.
