摘要
为研究电动汽车永磁同步电机匝间短路故障的检测方法,首先建立永磁同步电机匝间短路故障的有限元仿真模型;然后,在多种工况下对正常电机和故障电机的定子电流进行小波分析,提取特征频段系数的均方根(RMS)作为匝间短路故障检测的依据,并设定故障检测的阀值.实验结果表明,基于定子电流小波分析的方法能够检测电动汽车永磁同步电机匝间短路的故障.

The Inter-turn Short Circuited Fault Detection Based on Wavelet Analysis in PMSM

Abstract:
In order to study the method of faulty detection of winding inter-turn short circuit for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) in electric vehicle,the simulation model is first established by using 2-D finite element software,then the simulation results are further researched by the means of wavelet analysis about the normal and faulty motors' stator current at different of operating conditions,at last extracted the RMS of the wavelet coefficients in the band feature as the standard to detect inter-turn short circuit fault,and set the threshold of detection.The results show that wavelet analysis method for stator current can proved a basis for fault detection of PMSM inter-turn.
