Abstract:
The financing process of the developed countries that obviously brings about prosperity is filled with financial crises and traps that may hinder economy from development. The over-financing tends to cause the accumulation of financial capital towards independence and dominance, and the financial capital digresses from the industrial capital. Furthermore, the financial capital seeks the support in the developing countries in order to cause global financial traps. This paper discusses the possibility to avoid such financial traps in China, enable financing to serve real economy and prevent economic crisis from occurring.
