摘要
中小学教师培训是中小学教师专业发展的重要教育支撑。在对中小学教师培训现状的调查中发现,培训过程存在的问题有:现有的大学本位培训模式并不能完全满足中小学教师专业发展的内在需求;培训主体和参训主体的培训动机存在错位现象;不同层级培训内容之间缺少关联;对处于不同专业发展阶段教师的关照缺少针对性;培训方式缺乏创新等。要提升对中小学教师培训的质量,需要提高培训的精准度,构建多样化立体化培训模式,并通过构建多重评价体系对中小学教师培训质量进行把控。

Abstract:
The training of primary and secondary school teachers is an important educational support for teachers professional development. It is found that the existing university-based training model can not fully meet the inherent needs of the development of teachers profession in primary and secondary schools. Besides, an inconsistency is observed in training motivation between the trainers and teachers, and a lack of correlation is spotted between contents at different levels. The training methods are not innovative. Therefore, in order to improve the quality of teacher training, it is imperative to construct a diversified training model, and build a multiple evaluation system.
