摘要
铬、硒是机体必需的微量元素,对机体运动能力的影响也日益引起运动医学界的关注.铬在机体糖、脂代谢过程中发挥着重要作用,并且对骨骼肌形态结构及机体的运动能力具有一定的调节作用,铬元素缺乏对骨骼肌的形态结构、肌力以及功能都会产生负面影响.硒是一种良好的抗氧化剂,对由运动引起的脂质过氧化产物及自由基具有良好的清除作用,同时,硒对骨骼肌废用性萎缩的恢复以及由运动引起的骨骼肌细胞凋亡的预防与恢复也具有一定作用.阐述了铬、硒对骨骼肌形态结构及功能的作用,并探讨了铬、硒缺乏对骨骼肌超微结构和生理功能的影响.

Effect of Trace Elements of Chromium and Selenium on Muscle Structure and Function

Abstract:
Chromium and selenium are necessary trace elements for human body,which can affect the ability of body movement.Chromium plays an important role in the metabolism of body glucose and lipid,and can regulate the structure of the skeletal muscle and the ability of body movement.Some researches show that lack of chromium had negative impact on the skeletal muscle structure,muscle strength and its function.Selenium is a good antioxidant,which has a positive effect on elimination of lipid peroxidation and free radicals.Furthermore,selenium can affect the recovery process of muscular atrophy and prevent muscular apoptosis.The effect of chromium and selenium on skeletal muscle structure and function is elaborated.The changes of skeletal ultrastructure and physiological function for lacking of chromium and selenium are explored.
