摘要
采用固体培养基体外抑菌法,研究了市售壳聚糖、自制水溶性壳聚糖和微米化壳聚糖对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌和变形杆菌生长的抑制作用.结果表明,改性产物的最低抑菌质量分数降低;水溶性壳聚糖对枯草杆菌的抑菌效果最佳,另2种壳聚糖对不同菌种的抑菌效果差别不大.

Abstract:
The antibacterial effect of commercial chitosan,water-soluble chitosan and micron-chitosan pre-pared in our lab were investigated by cult uring the E.coli,B.subtilis and P.v ulgaris invitro with solid medium,respectively.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration of the modified chitosan decreased,and the soluble-chitosan had the best bacteriostatic effect on B.subtilis.However,the bacteriostatic effect of commercial chitosan or micron-chitosan on experimental strains was not significant.
