摘要
在对BaTiO3基电容器陶瓷掺杂改性的实验基础上就改善(Ba,Sr)TiO3电容器陶瓷介电性能做了大量实验研究.经测试结果分析表明,(Ba,Sr)TiO3基电容器陶瓷最佳烧结温度为1 350℃,由此温度烧结可获得最高介电常数为11 784及介电损耗为0.100的优质电容器陶瓷.结合陶瓷的显微结构SEM照片分析,探讨了添加Sr2+,Ca2+,Zr4+及稀土Dy3+离子对改善(Ba,Sr)TiO3基电容器陶瓷介电性能的机理.

On(Ba,Sr)TiO3 Series Capactor Ceramics

Abstract:
The ceramics of(Ba,Sr)TiO3(Ba TiO3 and Sr TiO3)are prepared by sinter met hod.The dielectric properties of(Ba,Sr)TiO3 have been modified by different ion doping.SEM observation shows that the best sinter temperat ure is 1 350℃,corresponding dielect ric constant is 11 784 and dielect ric loss is 0.100.Test results show that different donors doped have different influence on dielect ric properties.And,the mechanism and reason that some positive ions’(Sr2+,Ca2+,Zr4+and Dy3+)doping amend dielect ric properties of(Ba,Sr)TiO3 have been discussed and analyzed.
