摘要
就生产技术而言,温度不对河北平原地区麦作生长构成威胁,而水资源不足则成为发展麦作最主要的环境制约。因此,河北平原很早就通过保墒防旱,为麦作扩展提供了条件。唐代已经形成了太行山东麓各州与黄河下游沿岸两个麦作主产区,燕山南麓部分地区也有麦作生产。北宋时期河北平原中部的麦作也发展起来,到金朝统治时期,河北平原上南北麦作连成一片,小麦成了最主要的粮食作物。

A historical account of the wheat planting in Hebei plain during Tang and Song

Abstract:
As far as production techniques are concerned, temperature is no threat to the growth of wheat, but insufficient water becomes a major factor to hinder the wheat production. Likewise, the preservation of soil moisture in the Hebei plain is historically exercised, and by Tang dynasty two wheat production regions are formed, i.e., the eastern foot of Taihang mountains, and lower stretch on the banks of the Yellow River, in addition to the southern foot of Yanshan mountains. During the Northern Song and Jin dynasties, wheat grows all on the Hebei plain as a major crop.
