摘要
教育思想是历史地形成的,凝结为今日的教育理论,其产生和发展的源泉是社会变革与教育实践。教育思想与实践成为教育发展的两个"轮子"。中国传统教育思想发展表现为儒家教育思想逐渐占据主导地位,不断实现自我更新和完善的过程;中国现代教育思想发展表现为学习西方教育,不断进行中国化探索的过程。中国教育思想发展出现过两个高峰和两次转折。中国教育思想史的基本问题有为什么要有教育、凭什么能教育、为什么而教育、用什么来教育、怎么教育、由什么人来教育、教育什么人。学习中国教育思想史的基本方法为原源相生、古今相通、内外相合、名实相析、知行相促。

A review of the researches on Chinese educational thoughts

Abstract:
What are the historical educational thoughts may become contemporary educational theories the sources of which are social reforms and educational practices. The educational thoughts and practices act as the wheels for the educational development. Chinese traditional educational thoughts that are dominated by the Confucianism are constantly self-innovated, while Chinese modern educational thoughts that are characteristic of western learning are accompanied to the China specific explorations. There have been two climaxes and two turnings in the development. The basic propositions are for what education exists, by what, for what, with what, with whom and for whom education is carried out.
