丹麦学前教育师资培养体系的现状及其启示--[在线阅读]

摘要
丹麦的学前教育领先世界,其学前教师师资培养体系有五点值得关注:政府承担责任,为优质培养模式奠基;多渠道录取,最大限度保障适合者入学;课程内容丰富,造就专业领域的优秀人才;开展丰富实践教学,回应理论学习内涵;国际交流频繁,办多元文化视野下的教育.

Staff training in Danish early childhood education

Abstract:
Danish preschool or early childhood education is world famed in the training of teaching staffs. Government takes responsibilities for pedagogue education. Multi-channel enrollment offers chances for any suitable person. Proper and rich training programs are favorable for learners. Besides, efficient educational trainings may realize multilateral cultural education with frequent international exchanges.
